Articles of 4,000 7,000 words in length are appropriate and shorter pieces of up to 3,000 words are also welcomed for inclusion in a Policy Forum section or for publication as a Research Note. Papers selected for potential inclusion in the issue will be subject to double blind peer review. In the event that the editors receive more contributions than can be published in the special issue, some papers will (with the agreement of authors) be considered for publication in later issues of the journal.
The deadline for submitting full papers is: 30th September 2011.
